This program is beneficial for children, teenagers and teachers. The rehearsal of specific breathing techniques to calm the heart rate and reduce pressure on the nervous system are combined with breathing exercises to invigorate energy and improve concentration. The techniques in this program are specific for all individuals in providing simple techniques to deal with concentration, anger management, improved energy, tolerance and emotional stability.

Combining Pilates matwork, moderate to gentle Yoga poses & breathing techniques to enhance abdominal strength, back strength, core stability, joint mobility, muscle length, muscle tone & muscle relaxation.
This class is an effective program for all children with benefits of increased energy, greater abdominal strength, improved posture, muscle balance and concentration. This program is meets the needs of children and considers the comfort of individuals with regards to specific movements. This program is a great way to involved all children equally in participation and to provide skills that they will need as they progress through life.
